Renovation of large (over 40,000 square feet) retail spaces with demanding time schedules for grand openings.  Includes demolition of existing space.   Installing new power and lighting to meet new layout of offices, storage and sales floors.  Updating fire alarm systems.  Work with National Grid to upgrade lighting to more energy efficient fixtures and acquire cost-saving rebates for the customer.
